Model Highlights
The 2021 Ford Edge is offered in four trim levels; SE, SEL, Titanium and ST. The front wheel drive version is powered by a 2L turbocharged 4-cylinder engine making 250 horsepower and 275 pound-feet of torque mated to a 7-speed automatic transmission. The all-wheel drive version brings more performance to the Edge with a 2.7L twin-turbo V6 EcoBoost engine, making 335 horsepower and 380 pound-feet of torque paired with an 8-speed automatic transmission. Ford's intelligent all-wheel drive features All-Wheel Drive Disconnect, which disengages the rear axle to improve fuel efficiency.
Even in the base SE trim, the Edge comes well equipped. Standard equipment includes 18-inch aluminum wheels, deep tinted glass, power-adjustable mirrors, and LED headlights and taillights. The audio system is a 6-speaker system with Ford's SYNC infotainment system including Bluetooth connectivity and satellite radio. Convenience features are plentiful, including remote keyless entry, push-button start, cruise control, a leather/metal shift knob, four 12-volt power outlets, smart charging USB port, blind spot monitoring system and lane-keeping assist.
Stepping up to the SEL trim adds heated mirrors, dual-zone temperature control, leather wrapped steering wheel and automatic headlamps.
The Edge Titanium trim include 19-inch wheels, leather trimmed power-heated seats, speed-sensitive wipers, LED fog lights, hands-free liftgate, wireless charging pad, remote start and a premium Bang & Olufsen 12-speaker audio system with Ford's SYNC4 infotainment system. An optional Titanium Elite Package adds 20-inch aluminum wheels, unique front bumper lower fascia, body color rear bumper and side cladding with chrome inserts.
Top-of-the-line Edge ST trim comes with 20-inch wheels, sport-tuned suspension, leather-trimmed bucket seats with Miko cloth inserts, steering-wheel mounted shift paddles, and unique exterior features which set the ST apart.
Several options are available among the different trim levels, including a dual-headrest DVD entertainment system, panoramic vista moonroof, wireless charging pad, hands-free liftgate, heated steering wheel, adaptive cruise control, voice-activated touchscreen navigation system, premium 12-speaker audio system, heated and cooled front seats and heated rear seats
